Wednesdays @ 5:30pm: Muscle Blast. A combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga.
Tuesdays @ 7:00am and 5:00pm: Body Sculpting. Traditional strength training.
Thursdays @ 7am: Body Sculpting.
Saturdays @ 9am: Body Sculpting.
